Instructional Classes
We have paused all indoor instructional classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Classes may continue outdoors in the fall if there is interest. Please email Carrie for more information.
We typically offer a variety of instructional classes throughout the year, including Yoga, Intro to Tai Chi, ski conditioning, and Round Dancing. Some classes are drop-in, while others are a pay ahead class series requiring pre-registration. Some classes require a minimum of six participants signed up for the series in order to run the class. Drop-in participants may join yoga classes if there is space for $15 per class.
Group Fitness Safety Guidelines

Arrive on time in order to be prepared for class with appropriate equipment and participation in the warm-up.

Appropriate athletic footwear is required (with the exception of yoga).

Alert the instructor of prior injuries.

The class size will be limited on the basis of space and equipment.

Refrain from talking or texting on the phone during class instruction.

Notify the instructor if leaving the class early.
